Why wont DDR2 PC5300 work in PE2800 (Samsung 2GB 2Rx4 PC2-5300F-555-11-EO )
I bought Samsung 2GB 2Rx4 PC2-5300F-555-11-EO
they look like 240 pins but it seems the notch is different to the rams i have already?
Have i bought the correct ram?

It looks like your ram is: 2GB 240p PC2-5300 CL5 36c 128x4 Fully Buffered ECC DDR2-667 FBDIMM NOB, Samsung.
The 2800 doesn't support Fully buffered ram.
